Trove Collections, LLC participates in affiliate marketing programs. Here is how that works, in plain English.

What this means

Many of the product links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something — whether the item we linked to or anything else from that retailer during your visit — we may earn a small commission. The price you pay is the same either way. You are not charged extra for buying through our link.

The rule we operate under

We only feature items that we — or someone in our trusted curator circle — have personally used and would give as a gift. Editorial integrity is the entire point of this site. We will never feature an item just because we could earn a commission from it. If a product is popular but no one in our circle has actually used it, it does not appear here.

Programs we participate in

We are part of, or in the application process with, the following affiliate networks and brand-direct programs (this list is updated as programs are approved): Amazon Associates, ShareASale, Awin, Rakuten Advertising, Commission Junction (CJ), Impact, plus brand-direct programs with Sephora, Ulta, UGG, Etsy, Adagio Teas, Korin, Novica, TirTir, and others. Where a link goes to a program we are not yet enrolled in, no commission is earned — we still link because the recommendation is real.

What we will not do

We will not write fake reviews. We will not stretch the truth about a product we have not actually used. We will not change a recommendation based on which program pays more. If a product is wrong for you, we will say so. If a curator in our circle switches away from a product, we update the entry.

FTC compliance

This site complies with the Federal Trade Commission's 16 CFR Part 255 guidelines on endorsements and testimonials. The short affiliate disclosure that appears above the footer on every page is the clear, conspicuous disclosure required by those guidelines. This page is the long-form version.
